Hikvision DS-2CD3347G2-LS(U) — Specs & Hong Kong Installation
Hikvision DS-2CD3347G2-LS(U) 4 MP ColorVu Ultra Series turret for Hong Kong shop fronts and entrances that need colour evidence after dark.
Best for: Shop fronts, entrances, car-park ramps & colour night evidence
Product overview
The DS-2CD3347G2-LS(U) is Hikvision’s 4 MP (2688 × 1520) ColorVu Ultra Series / SmartIP fixed turret with a large 1/1.8″ Progressive Scan CMOS and F1.0 super-aperture lens. Swan CCTV specifies it where true 24/7 colour, 130 dB WDR, and warm white light to ~40 m matter — shop fronts, building entrances, car-park ramps, and pharmacy façades.
Official specs include H.265+, built-in microphone on the -U variant, line-level audio I/O, 12 V DC power out for an external pickup, microSD up to 512 GB, and on-camera deep-learning perimeter protection (line crossing, intrusion, region enter/exit) plus face capture.
Compared with a Value dual-light bullet, the Ultra Series ColorVu turret keeps colour without switching to IR, holds detail against entrance backlight with 130 dB WDR, and adds perimeter AI on the camera.

Hong Kong / local context
Popular for 24-hour convenience stores, pharmacy fronts, and estate entrances in dense Hong Kong districts.
Useful where management wants colour clothing and vehicle evidence after dark without a separate floodlight.
IP67 aluminium body suits humid outdoor Hong Kong weather; we still seal the cable entry on exposed façades.
Installation notes
- Pick lens (2.8 / 4 / 6 mm) from site survey — 2.8 mm for wide lobbies, 4–6 mm for narrower lanes
- Aim white light away from neighbouring windows and oncoming traffic where possible
- Size NVR bandwidth and HDD for 4 MP @ 25/30 fps with H.265+
- Commission perimeter rules and night colour mode after dark
