Product overview
The 5853 covers multiple panes from one wireless device by analysing flex and shatter frequencies. Swan CCTV uses it where putting a contact on every window is impractical — full-height glazing, conference rooms, and street-level retail glass.
Walk-test mode is used during commissioning so we can confirm catch performance without breaking glass. It shares the same 5800 receiver as 5816 contacts and 5800PIR detectors.
